SHIPPING POLICY
At Spark & Stone Co., every order is poured, packed, and shipped with care and intention. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During seasonal promotions or new collection launches, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier service.
We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter so you don’t miss them!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 business days, email us at support@sparkandstoneco.com and we’ll help.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Spark & Stone Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
