Rules & Guidelines

​Thank you for your interest in becoming a Spark & Stone Co. Brand Rep or Ambassador! Our program is designed to build genuine connections with those who align with our mission to inspire intentional living through clean-crafted products. By joining, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility​

• You must be 18 years or older.

• You must have a public Instagram account and be active on social media.

• You must follow @sparkandstoneco on Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok.

• You must reside in a region where Spark & Stone Co. currently ships (U.S. only unless otherwise specified).​

Content Expectations​

• Minimum of 2 in-feed post and 2 story per month featuring our products (more is always welcome!).

• All content should be original, high-quality, and reflect the Spark & Stone Co. brand aesthetic: cozy, intentional, natural, uplifting.

• Tag @sparkandstoneco and use the designated hashtag #BurnWithIntent or campaign-specific tag.

• Reps and Ambassadors must send content links or uploads after posting.

• Products should be styled in well-lit, natural settings. No filters that distort color or clarity.​

Brand Alignment​

• Maintain a kind, respectful, and positive online presence.

• Share your honest thoughts and experiences—authenticity matters.

• Refrain from representing or promoting competing candle or home fragrance brands while actively part of the program.

• Respect the confidentiality of unreleased product details or collaborations.​

Discount & Referral Code Use​

• You’ll receive a personalized discount code for your audience (usually 10% off).

• This code may not be used by you personally unless specifically approved.

• Do not share your code in discount forums or unrelated groups—this may result in removal from the program.​

​Brand Reps (short term 1-3 months):

• Social media feature opportunities

• Access to our private brand rep group

• Exclusive sneak peeks & behind-the-scenes​

Brand Ambassadors (long-term 6-12 months):

• Commission on referred sales

• Quarterly gift packages

• Early access to new product launches

• Product testing + input opportunities​

Communication & Participation​

• Communicate promptly if you're unable to post due to personal reasons.

• Stay in touch via email or rep group for updates, new launches, and giveaways.

• Consistent non-participation may result in early removal from the program to make room for others.​

Removal Policy

​We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not adhere to the rules, misrepresents the brand, engages in inappropriate behavior, or is inactive for more than one month without communication.
