What are your candles made of?

All Spark & Stone Co. candles are made with natural soy wax, wooden wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Each candle is clean-crafted with care and infused with intention-enhancing gemstones.

 

Why is my candle burning unevenly or tunneling?

Wooden wicks require special care. Be sure to allow the first burn to reach the full melt pool across the top. Trim the wick to 1/8" before each burn and keep it free of charred bits for best performance. If you're still having issues, reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Are your products safe for people with allergies or sensitivities?

Our products are made with non-toxic, phthalate-free, and alcohol-free ingredients. If you’re sensitive to fragrances, we recommend checking the scent notes or contacting us before purchasing.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes! You can add a personalized gift message at checkout. We’ll include a handwritten note with your order. Pricing is never included in gift packages.

 

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@sparkandstoneco.com within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How long will my candle or diffuser last?

• Candles: 12oz candles typically burn for 40+ hours with proper care.

• Car Diffusers: Last 3 + months.

• Reed Diffusers: Provide 2–3 months of long-lasting fragrance depending on room size and airflow.
