All Frangrance Oil blends have dimensional notes meaning that they are blended in a way for depth when enjoying the scent. You might pick up on more rose one day and more sandalwood with the next lighting. However, I catagorize them into groups based off of the scent I smell first, that I think is the strongest. Everyone's noses pick up things a little bit different. And I might have certain scents in more than one category. I never do food/baking smells. The scents I choose all have a fresh undertone to them.
